      \nA site supervisor is an essential member of our team: they carry out hands-on construction activities with a focus on safety, quality and teamwork, and play a key role in the success of our projects.\n

      \nRole and responsibility<\/span>
      \nThe Construction Worker is responsible for carrying out construction and maintenance work in accordance with project specifications. He\/she uses equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner, works with the team to ensure deadlines are met and work is of a high quality, strictly follows safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment and reports any problems or equipment maintenance needs. \n

      \nRequirements<\/span>
      \n
        \n
      • Experience in a similar role in the construction sector preferred.<\/li>\n
      • High school diploma or equivalent; specific training in construction or building construction is an advantage.\n<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of construction techniques and the use of equipment and tools.<\/li>\n
      • Occupational safety certifications, such as training in the use of specific equipment and safety regulations.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to work well with other team members and follow instructions from supervisors.\n<\/li>\n
      • Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions and site environments.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to identify and solve practical problems during site operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
