A site supervisor is an essential member of our team: they carry out hands-on construction activities with a focus on safety, quality and teamwork, and play a key role in the success of our projects.
Role and responsibility
The Construction Worker is responsible for carrying out construction and maintenance work in accordance with project specifications. He/she uses equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner, works with the team to ensure deadlines are met and work is of a high quality, strictly follows safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment and reports any problems or equipment maintenance needs.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role in the construction sector preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; specific training in construction or building construction is an advantage.
- Knowledge of construction techniques and the use of equipment and tools.
- Occupational safety certifications, such as training in the use of specific equipment and safety regulations.
- Ability to work well with other team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions and site environments.
- Ability to identify and solve practical problems during site operations.
