Reports / Whistleblowing
In application of the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023 on WHISTLEBLOWING, L&S GROUP S.R.L. has activated a portal for reporting behaviors or events that may be configured as violations of laws or regulations (national or European Union).
The Portal allows the reporter to choose whether or not to provide his or her identity; access to the Portal is managed in order to prevent the identification of the reporter who intends to remain anonymous. After logging in, the reporter will be guided in filling out a questionnaire that will allow them to provide the elements characterizing the report (facts, context, etc.).
When the report is sent, the Portal will issue the reporter a unique identification code (ticket). This number, known only to the reporter, cannot be recovered in any way in the event of loss.
The ticket will be used by the reporting party to:
- access, always through the Portal, their report in order to: monitor its progress;
- insert additional elements to substantiate the report;
- integrate their personal details;
- submit or respond to any questions for further information or request a meeting in person.
The Portal allows, in fact, to establish a virtual conversation between the reporting party and the recipient, guaranteeing the necessary confidentiality and, at the discretion of the Reporting Party, anonymity.
