In the heart of the city, we completed the creation of a new boutique for one of the most prestigious international luxury brands.
This project involved the development of a unique space spread across three floors: basement, ground, and first floor, designed to reflect the elegance and philosophy of the brand.
Structural and Technical Interventions: A Comprehensive and Integrated Approach
The project
The main works included the construction of a new elevator shaft connecting the three boutique floors, providing practicality and functionality without compromising aesthetics. Special attention was given to a majestic spiral staircase in iron, which serves as one of the standout elements of the interior design.
Additionally, we meticulously handled all structural details, including preparing new subfloors, fire-passivation treatment on the ceilings, and installing Staff and wood finishes. The project required careful planning and execution, with each phase managed with precision and professionalism to ensure the highest quality and safety standards.

The boutique is characterized by the use of premium materials that create a sophisticated contrast between "cold" materials such as marble, iron, and concrete, and the warm tones of wood. The spacious, light-filled interiors were designed in a natural Scandinavian style, perfectly blending with the brand's vision and the surrounding urban context.
